About this provider
SNACK* is a 501c3 not-for-profit organization that started as an after-school program for six children and has expanded to offer a variety of classes and activities for children, teens, and young adults. Founded by a family with two sons, one with severe autism and the other typically developing, the organization aims to create a welcoming environment for both. Snacktivities are hour-long classes led by instructors trained in their respective fields, with small class sizes to ensure a high staff-to-participant ratio. This setup allows for personalized attention to meet the needs of all abilities. Additional offerings include one-on-one private Swim lessons focused on safety, strokes, floating, and breathing, Snack 21+ programming for older participants, and an in-house print shop that functions as a technology classroom teaching graphic design and ecommerce skills.
